Netvios applied to Linktivity's strategic partner program. Under the arrangement, Netvios will propagate Linktivity's web conferencing product - Webdemo - and integrate it with NetVIOS web operating system. This will provide a unique offering for NetVIOS customers who will now have the option of installing a conferencing application that works on their existing user base in NetVIOS.

For NetVIOS academic customers, this immediately provides an option for distance learning classes based on the user base of student and faculty members registered on the system. For corporate customers, integrated conferencing in NetVIOS provides a complete virtual workplace in an intranet/extranet setting.

The intended integration will be endowed with NetVIOS's patent-pending feature system whereby the web look of any installed application can be set on the fly or made to automatically adopt the site's existing look. In addition, NetVIOS's security setting, single-logon and authorization will ensure that the final application is easy to use and adopt for new and existing users while conforming to the intended corporate or individual site theme.
