Regina contest doesn't work

I am trying to enter the Polaner Sweepstakes thru your site and the "submit" button does not appear when you click on enter online. It shows the name, address phone number etc. but no submit button....help Thank you

the sweepstakes site at http://www.reginavinegar.com/promos/int_promo_regina_040105.asp is not functioning correctly. when you enter your personal information on the entry form, it takes you to a box that says something to the effect that it is not available and gives the netvios url instead of the small text box that says your entry is being processed. please fix this, it has been done a few days i believe.

You are unreliable with more server errors than any similar company.

I'm currently waiting for my full license to use EditBox however in the mean time could I get a temporary license. Unfortunately I never made a note of it and now I can't carry on with develoment as your system knows the domain has already been registered

I have been having issues with my web host about registering the dll. They say that the dll will only be accessible to the domain where it is registered which kind of defeats the point for me
Is it possible to have the dll registered more than once on a server?
I'm not sure how the dll works but am I right in thinking that when you enter the license key it creates a path to the additional files contained within the same directory as license.asp and stores it in the registry or something similar?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated
